SUEÑOS is 640 sqm (or 6,888 sqft) on a plot of 1500sqm, so there is plenty of space for your family or group to relax and enjoy themselves. The house is laid out on 3 floors, set on the hillside overlooking the harbour. There are entrances to the property from the lower road (right next to the water) and also from Carrer des Llauts (above the house). Cars are generally parked in the road (a very quiet no through road) as the driveway is very steep and gets slippery when wet.

Ground Floor (Entrance Level)

The large entrance hall gives access to the top roof terrace where there is a large sofa from which to enjoy the glorious views. Lower Level 1 houses the main living areas, all over looking the stunning harbour. There are comfy sofas and armchairs for 10, a large dining table seating 10. Triple patio doors from the living areas open onto the pool terrace with steps down to the pool. There is a glass balaustrade along the top terrace and a gate to the pool.

The kitchen incorporates a half height wall offering a wonderful harbour view for the chef! Tucked away, the TV room has a 70" Smart TV and two 3 seater sofas from where you can watch your favourite films.

The laundry is fitted with ample drying space as well as a washing machine and tumble drier. There are plenty of shelves for storing suitcases.

Lower Level 2

Lower Level 2 houses the quiet study. This is a large, air conditioned room that is ideal for working, reading or playing games.

The room can be accessed either through the Master Bedroom Suite or down a flight of steps from the main terrace and through a separate entrance.

With its own little terrace, you can set up your perfect outdoor workspace with one of the best views in the area.

The Annex

The Annex offers a separate open plan accommodation suite situated below the Long Terrace. It includes a super king sized bed, sitting area with sofa and two armchairs as well as a small kitchen. The Annex boasts some of the best views of the harbour and has its own large terrace.
